Dining on Crystal Grace builds on what has always been one of Crystal Cruises' strongest areas. The Crystal Grace restaurants include three specialty venues, each designed by Tillberg Design of Sweden in close collaboration with Crystal's culinary partners. All speciality dining on Crystal Grace is included in the all-inclusive cruise fare, continuing the approach across the Crystal fleet.
Guests' favourites Waterside and Marketplace will both feature on Crystal Grace, with more details to follow.
Alongside these main dining venues, three specialty restaurants complete the picture.
The specialty restaurant created in partnership with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns on Crystal Grace. Umi Uma remains the only Nobu restaurant at sea. The menu features signature Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine including Nobu-style Black Cod, grilled Chilean sea bass and a selection of sushi alongside dishes that reflect his distinctive culinary approach. Located on Deck 5, the 84-seat restaurant has been thoughtfully planned with Chef Nobu. A sushi bar is available on a drop-in basis for a more informal way to dine, while the main dining room is by reservation. A dramatic full-height glass wall with unobstructed ocean views frames the room.
Continuing Crystal's collaboration with three-Michelin-starred Italian chef Massimiliano Alajmo and restaurateur Raffaele Alajmo, Osteria d'Ovidio returns on Crystal Grace. Located on Deck 10, the restaurant seats 68 guests indoors with an additional 20 seats on a spacious covered outdoor terrace. This open-air dining area is a defining feature of the venue, allowing guests to enjoy Italian cuisine surrounded by sea air and sweeping ocean views. The menu celebrates Italian cooking across three distinct sections: Italia, Le Calandre and Venezia, offering classics alongside signature dishes from the Alajmo family's Michelin-starred flagship and refined Venetian-inspired plates.
Beefbar returns on Crystal Grace as part of Crystal's ongoing collaboration with restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi, making Crystal Grace home to the only Beefbar at sea. Located on Deck 10 adjacent to Osteria d'Ovidio, the restaurant features 56 indoor seats and an expansive outdoor dining area with 58 seats across a large covered terrace. The signature Beef Reef Leaf concept brings together premium cuts, seafood and plant-based options. A shared bar connects Beefbar and Osteria d'Ovidio, creating a natural flow between the two venues.
The bars and lounges on Crystal Grace have been arranged with real thought for how the evening unfolds. On Deck 11, the late-night venues sit together, creating a lively and convivial atmosphere that Crystal Cruises guests will recognise. Avenue Saloon, with its celebrated piano bar, Connoisseurs Club for whisky and cigars and Palm Court.
A new pool bar is a welcome addition to Crystal Grace, serving drinks directly on the pool deck and turning the area into a space that works from afternoon through to evening.
Stardust Club, Galaxy Lounge and Palm Court are all designed as multi-purpose venues that flex across the day. Galaxy Lounge will screen movies, and on select evenings will host Movies under the Stars on the Pool Deck. In the late hours, Stardust Club turns into a nightclub with a DJ. Dance classes will be held in Palm Court. For a ship carrying 650 guests, the variety and number of social spaces on Crystal Grace is generous.
All Crystal Grace suites are larger than the equivalent categories on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. Every suite on Crystal Grace has a private veranda, including the Single Veranda category, and no suites have obstructed views. All accommodation on Crystal Grace comes with butler service, sumptuous linens and fully stocked minibars as standard.
The Crystal Grace Owner's Suite is a first for Crystal Cruises. This one-of-a-kind suite occupies a premium position at the aft of the ship, offering 270-degree views. Custom wool carpets, walnut floors, marble and bespoke cabinetry throughout. The outdoor space features a private hot tub, outdoor shower and dining area, while a guest bathroom and butler pantry allow you to entertain in complete privacy. A state-of-the-art entertainment system plays music across multiple zones including on the veranda. Butler service, unlimited speciality restaurant dining, unlimited laundry services and afternoon canapés included.
Two walk-in closets, separate living and dining areas with panoramic ocean views, a study and a custom built-in bar. Jacuzzi bathtub with ocean view, separate shower, bidet and guest bathroom. Some Penthouse Suites on Crystal Grace will feature spectacular wraparound verandas, a first for Crystal. The Crystal Grace ship has been designed with space at the centre of everything. At 61,800 gross tonnes carrying 650 guests, Crystal Grace has one of the highest space-to-guest ratios in the luxury cruise sector and you notice it everywhere. On the pool deck, in the lounges and simply moving between venues. Crystal Cruises has always been known for generous public spaces and on Crystal Grace this has been built in from the start rather than retrofitted.
The 360-degree wraparound promenade deck returns on Crystal Grace. This is a signature feature that Crystal guests know well from Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, perfect for walking, jogging or simply watching the sea. For those who know Crystal, this is one of the details that matters most, and it has been carried forward onto the new ship.
Crystal Grace will be an all-inclusive luxury cruise ship, continuing the approach across the Crystal fleet. The fare covers all dining across Waterside, Marketplace with and the specialty restaurants, beverages including wines, spirits and specialty coffees, butler service in every suite, complimentary Wi-Fi and gratuities.
Full details of Crystal Grace's spa, fitness and entertainment facilities will be announced in the coming months.
