Umi Uma Restaurant & Sushi Bar
A beloved guest favourite, this innovative speciality restaurant created by world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns with mouth-watering creations celebrating the fusion of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients.
Osteria d'Ovidio
This exclusive speciality restaurant, formerly Prego, offers fine Italian cuisine in a sleek and spacious reimagined venue. Original menus and dishes created by talented Crystal chefs are the drawing card for this reservation-only venue.
