Carrying around 700 guests each, Azamara's quartet of small ships, Azamara Journey, Quest, Pursuit, and Onward are a great size. They're not too small, so there is plenty of variety and lots to do, and they're definitely not too big; intimate bars and lounges and a choice of restaurants are at your fingertips.

In fact, with apologies to Goldilocks, they're just right - perfect to be in the centre of the action, rather than needing to dock way out of town, and perfect for creating a club style atmosphere where staff can get to know you well. That friendly atmosphere extends to your fellow passengers too - you will find kindred spirits with a similar taste for exploration on board an Azamara cruise.

On most Azamara voyages you can make the most of the overnights ashore by taking evening shore excursions, or simply wandering ashore after dinner for a stroll and a nightcap with the locals. On many cruises, a special AzAmazing Evenings event is included in the fare.

You will find the value to be outstanding too, with selected standard spirits, international beers and wines, specialty coffees and teas, soft drinks and gratuities all included in the fare.

We think the suites are excellent, with lots of extras such as a dedicated butler service, complimentary in-suite spirits, in-suite afternoon tea service and US$300 per person onboard credit.
