By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK.

Promoter employees and family of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

To qualify, the entrant must subscribe to our mailing list by completing the Promoters dedicated online form, opting in to receive email communication.

The Prize includes the cruise as specified and 1 night pre-cruise hotel accommodation in Tema. Flight are not included. Flights and all other travel arrangements are the responsibility of the prize winner.

The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries on 14th November 2025. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone and email.

The winner will have three (3) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:

Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;

Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport; and

Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.

If a winner does not respond within 3 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

The Promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter's negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations committed by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

Winner may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity.

Winners must comply with holiday destination entry regulations including visa requirements. The Promoter is not responsible for costs or organisation associated with these elements. Travel insurance and expenses are not included.

In the event of supplier collapse or cancellations the Promoter will seek to arrange an alternative holiday once any costs relating to these cancellations have been paid according to the holiday provider T&Cs.

The winner(s) surnames and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Mundy Cruising Ltd, Holborn Tower, 137-144 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6PL, within thirty (30) calendar days after the Promotion Period. If a winner objects to their surname and county being made available, the winner must notify the Promoter by writing to the address above, however, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
