The Nova Class ships will use a trio of power sources, with dual fuel engines that use LNG as their main fuel, battery technology and fuel cells, which will allow the ships to operate emissions-free while in port - an industry first. Silver Nova & Ray bring a fresh new look to Silversea's familiar line-up of outstanding dining venues, with eight restaurants to choose from, whilst retaining the easy open seating style that has always been so popular.
S.A.L.T. Kitchen
The S.A.L.T. Kitchen serves an ever-changing menu of locally-inspired dishes, using fresh ingredients sourced by the chefs from markets and suppliers during the course of your cruise. You will also be able to roll up your sleeves for a true hands-on cookery experience in the S.A.L.T. Lab test kitchen.
Atlantide
An elegant bar and grill seating 270 guests for dinner with a menu of exquisite seafood and mouth-watering steaks.
La Terrazza
This is a popular choice on the existing fleet, open throughout the day and showcasing regional cuisine from around Italy, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large outdoor terrace.
The Grill
Offering casual dining during the day, The Grill is transformed in the evening to a wonderful al fresco restaurant that offers you the chance to cook your meal to your liking at your table on a volcanic lava stone. The Grill is part of Silver Nova's stunning new open air dining area, The Marquee, together with Spaccanapoli.
La Dame
At this intimate and quintessentially Parisian venue, fine wines are complemented by a bespoke menu embodying the gastronomic traditions of France. Demand is high and a small charge applies.
Kaiseki
Open for lunch and dinner, Kaiseki offers Japanese cuisine with balanced menus of sushi, sashimi and other raw Asian-inspired dishes during the day, and theatrical teppenyaki in the evening, when a small charge applies. On Silver Nova, Kaiseki will also serve cuisine from other parts of Asia, including Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and India.
Spaccanapoli
With relaxed all day dining, this venue is the place to go for a casual atmosphere and authentic Italian pizza, and is housed within The Marquee.
Silver Note
Open in the evening only, here you can enjoy small tapas-style dishes while a jazz and blues band plays.
Bars and lounges
With some old favourites and a couple of new or reimagined venues, there is an abundance of choice onboard. Every locale is elegant, thoughtfully designed and unique so wherever the mood takes you, there will be something that takes your fancy.
For a light and airy brand new venue at the heart of the ship, visit The Shelter which is perfect for an expertly mixed pre-dinner cocktail. Head up to The Dusk Bar on Deck 10 for panoramic views and comfortable open-air seating where you can while away the hours whilst enjoying endless ocean vistas. The Venetian Lounge is the place to be for evening shows and musical performances or swing by the reimagined Dolce Vita for relaxed conversation around the new elegant central bar.
Suites
Silver Nova & Ray offer the widest range of accommodation in the Silversea fleet and every spacious suite enjoys sweeping sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows, with a private glass balustrade balcony. If you like extra space, go for one of the more lavish options. Whatever you choose, your butler is standing by.
Otium Suite
This new suite category is located at the aft corner of the ship, offering unprecedented 270-degree views and 1324 square feet of space, including a large balcony with private whirlpool.
Owner's Suite
One or two bedroom suites with an inviting midship location and 1412 or 1055 square feet of space including the veranda, the perfect choice if you prefer to entertain privately. A home from home for long voyages.
Grand Suite
Forward facing with plenty of living space at 915 square feet, these suites are perfect for entertaining, and great for privacy too.
Master Suite
This new suite category is exclusive to Silver Nova, at the aft corner of the ship with 270-degree views and offering up to 826 square feet of elegant living space, including a large private balcony.
Signature Suite
Another new suite category, the Signature Suites offer unobstructed sea views from all interior areas, with 700 square feet of space including the veranda.
Silver Suite
One of our favourite suites on board the existing fleet, Silver Suites offer spacious living areas with separate dining areas.
Junior Grand Suite
Situated at the bow of the ship, the Junior Grand Suite is available in one and two bedroom configurations, with a separate living and dining area.
Medallion Suite / Premium Medallion Suite
Medallion Suites are well proportioned at 527 square feet, with a separate living area. Premium Medallion Suites are similar, but with a premium location at the aft of the ship.
Premium Veranda / Deluxe Veranda / Superior Veranda / Classic Veranda
Differing only in location, the Premium Veranda Suites are at the aft of the ship on the upper decks, while Deluxe Veranda Suites are midship, Superior Veranda Suites are towards the front and back of the ship and Classic Veranda Suites are at the bow and aft. All offer spacious accommodation at 357 square feet with comfortable sitting area, walk-in closet and marble clad bathroom, as well as sliding doors to your private veranda.
