Chef Franck Salein.
This stylish Japanese restaurant is open for both lunch and
dinner, unusual for a speciality restaurant, with a fantastic Bento
box option at lunchtime.
This expansive indoor-outdoor dining venue has a lavish buffet
for breakfast and lunch, whilst in the evenings themed dinners are
served tableside, with themes changing each evening.
For casual poolside dining, choose the Patio Grill which serves
freshly prepared grilled specialties, salads and sides for lunch
and dinner, and freshly baked pizzas throughout the afternoon.
