What we love

These ships are almost double the size of Ritz-Carlton's first yacht Evrima, offering more space per guest than any other ship. Onboard it is all about the yachting lifestyle with stylish suites and public areas, a diverse choice of dining including alfresco options, and a marina for direct access to the ocean.

You will be spoiled for choice on board Ilma and Luminara, with options ranging from casual fare to fine dining, and some lovely al fresco venues to really embrace the yachting lifestyle.

Tides

The main restaurant on board serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ever-changing menus comprising both classic cuisine and innovative dishes. You can expect a range of seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, and dishes inspired by the destination you are sailing.

Dining Privée

Dining Privée offers private dining for celebratory dinners at an additional charge.

Seta Su Ilma / Seta Su Luminara

Contemporary Italian cuisine in collaboration with Chef Fabio Trabocchi is served in this intimate restaurant from homemade pasta and freshly baked bread to seafood and prime cuts. An additional fee applies.

Memori

The place to go for Japanese and Asian cuisine, this stylish venue has a sushi bar at its heart and serves sushi rolls, sashimi and nigiri as well as main dishes from miso black cod to pad thai, plus both indoor and al fresco seating.

Beach House

A bright and airy spot which flows onto the pool deck, enjoy bold flavours from South and Central America in collaboration with Chef Michael Mina at this relaxed venue, open for lunch and dinner.

Mistral

Near the main pool on deck 10, this all-day dining venue serves Mediterranean cuisine from pasta, pizza and salad at lunchtime to grilled steaks in the evening, with an expansive terrace to enjoy the sea air.

The Living Room

This comfortable lounge is the place to go for light snacks and treats throughout the day, beginning with coffee and pastries in the morning to cocktails and canapés in the evening.

Bars and lounges

The larger size of these yachts means there is plenty of space and several options depending on where the mood takes you. Enjoy a sunset cocktail, chat with fellow guests, or sit and enjoy the view - the choice is yours.

A unique spot at the back of the yacht, the expansive Marina Terrace is perfect for feeling close to the ocean or if you're looking for panoramic views, head up to Deck 9 and visit the Observaton Terrace to enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down. At the heart of the ship, the Living Room is a great meeting point for a pre-dinner drink with its cosy yet stylish ambience.

Offering between 732 and 1033 square feet of space and situated either at the aft or forward of the yacht, these luxurious suites feature generous terraces complete with private whirlpool, a walk-in wardrobe and expansive living and dining areas.

Concierge Suite

Boasting up to 786 square feet of space plus a private terrace which boasts an outdoor shower, dining area and loungers, these suites offer a stylish home from home.

Residential Suite (on Luminara only)

A new category of suite only present on Luminara, these two spacious sanctuaries on deck 7 boast an expansive and welcoming living area, a walk-in wardrobe and an al fresco dining area for two.

Ilma Suite / Luminara Suite

A modern living and dining area with a separate bedroom features in these beautiful suites, offering up to 657 square feet of space.

View Suite

Generously sized, these suites offer spacious living and dining spaces, a modern bathroom with double vanity and bath tub, and a walk-in wardrobe.

Grand Suite

Enjoy 560 square feet of interior space plus up to 199 square feet of outside terrace space in these modern suites featuring a bedroom with dual walk-in wardrobes.

Signature Suite

A welcoming entry corridor leads to an intimate dining area for two and a comfortable living area in these suites featuring 409 square feet of space, plus of course a private terrace.

Terrace Suite

In the entry level suite you will enjoy 294 square feet of space in addition to your private terrace overlooking the ocean, and a modern bathroom with shower.
