Oceania are renowned for their food, and the Allura Class builds on this well-earned reputation with some exciting new culinary concepts.
The Grand Dining Room
Open for breakfast, Sunday brunch and dinner, you can dine here when, and with whom, you choose. There is an excellent choice of European cuisine with some great healthy options such as the Aquamar Vitality Cuisine signature dishes, plus a new Executive Chef's Tasting Menu.
Ember
Open for lunch and dinner, Ember is a brand new restaurant for Vista, serving inventive American cuisine and time-honoured classics, from braised short ribs to Cobb salad with smoked chicken.
Polo Grill
Open for dinner only, try to hold back all day if you have a reservation at this American steakhouse, or you will find it hard to do it justice. With a lovely clubby feel, a night out at the Polo Grill is a special treat, particularly for meat eaters, with some classic seafood dishes also featured on the menu.
Toscana
Reservations are required for dinner at this most authentic Tuscan restaurant which will remind you of your very favourite family-run Italian. Classic dishes from all over Northern Italy are featured in style, with a great selection of olive oils and fantastic cheese board and dessert trolley too.
Red Ginger
This beautiful Asian restaurant with a glowing décor features contemporary interpretations of Asian classics, presented with such style that the food is a work or art in itself. Delicate flavours and the best ingredients ensure that a meal here is always a winner.
Terrace Café
The informal Terrace Café is a great choice any time of day, inside or al fresco at one of the shaded tables on the terrace. Lavish buffets and mouth watering choices are the order of the day.
Aquamar Kitchen
The new Aquamar Kitchen offers a fantastic range of healthy breakfast and lunch options, including cold-pressed raw juices, superfood smoothies, organic power bowls and yellowfin tacos.
Waves Grill
Casual dining on deck is great for lunchtime, even if you are back late after a long morning ashore. All-American favourites, freshly grilled as you watch, are enhanced with side dishes like garden-fresh salads and crispy fries.
Privée
Here you can host a private party for up to 10 guests in a stylish and intimate room with a menu selected by your guests - perfect for a special party or just to meet up with old friends and new.
The Culinary Centre Dining Room
Explore the world through the lens of food and wine with hands-on cookery classes at The Culinary Centre, and sample dishes from some of the destinations featured on your cruise at the adjacent Culinary Centre Dining Room.

Rooms and suites
From comfortable to positively palatial, the accommodation is as inviting as it is well equipped, and whether you choose the top grade or the entry level, you will enjoy high levels of comfort.
Owner's Suite
Styled exclusively by Ralph Lauren Home, these airy and light-filled suites measure approximately 2,400 square feet and span the entire beam of the ship. There is a large but inviting living room featuring a rosewood cocktail bar, a spectacular dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious bedroom, bathroom with large soaking tub and ocean view shower, and two private verandas. These suites also include exclusive access to the Executive Lounge.
Vista Suite
Residents of the eight forward facing Vista Suites with lavish views over the bow enjoy 1,450- to 1,850-square feet of space with great facilities, including a sunlit master bathroom with porcelain soaking tub.
Oceania Suite
The Oceania Suites offer between 1,000 and 1,200 square feet of luxury with living and dining area, bedroom, expansive private veranda, master bathroom and a cosy study or guest studio and guest bathroom.
Penthouse Suite
Lavish but not over the top, these elegant Suites with 440 square feet of ingeniously designed space feature a small dining table, separate seating area, oversized bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in closet and private veranda.
Concierge Level Veranda Staterooms / Concierge Level Solo Veranda Staterooms / Veranda Staterooms
A great combination of luxury and value, these accommodations feature 291 square feet of space including a private veranda, seating area, and bathroom with walk-in rainforest shower. Trade up to concierge level for the best locations, not to mention card-only access to the private Concierge Lounge. Dedicated solo occupancy staterooms offer 270 square feet of space and concierge level amenities.
French Veranda Staterooms
These comfortable 240-square-foot staterooms with French verandas include a generous seating area and oversized bathroom with shower.
