Setting sail from Havana
The crumbling colonial mansions, the classic American cars, the cigars, the music drifting through the air… There's nowhere quite like Havana, and while it's true that things are changing, this isn't always a bad thing; the culinary scene has improved immeasurably in recent years with the rise of 'paladares' (small, privately owned restaurants), and trendy new bars are popping up all over the place. Discover more about Cuba's recent past at the Museum of the Revolution, take a stroll along the seafront Malecón promenade, or enjoy a mojito at a rooftop bar overlooking this wonderful city.

Cuba: Cayo Largo
Cayo Largo is part of the Canarreos Archipelago, off the south coast of the Cuban mainland. There has never been a permanent Cuban settlement here, and the island was developed in the 1980s exclusively for tourists. Nevertheless, away from the resorts the wild, unspoilt beaches are absolutely stunning, home to nesting turtles during summer.

What we love
This has to be one of our favourite travel experiences. We love the al fresco experience, dining outside for all meals if you wish, and even spending the night sleeping under the stars on the Balinese dream beds. The totally laid back style means SeaDream is the ultimate chill.
