When Seabourn introduced the three sisters, they changed the face of luxury cruising. Seabourn Encore and her sister Seabourn Ovation, with 604 guests on board, take things a step further, with lots of new thinking and special additions, continuing Seabourn's magical ability to surprise and delight.

Restaurants

With lots of choice of restaurants, and options to dine in lavish style, or casually on deck, it is easy to suit your mood each day when on a Seabourn ship.

The Restaurant

The main dining room on board can accommodate all guests at a single seating, so guests can arrive when they please, and choose their table companions each day. Varied menus with international cuisine are on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Colonnade

This expansive indoor-outdoor dining venue has a lavish buffet for breakfast and lunch, whilst in the evenings themed dinners are served tableside, with themes changing each evening.

Patio Grill

For casual poolside dining, choose the Patio Grill which serves freshly prepared grilled specialties, salads and sides for lunch and dinner, and freshly baked pizzas throughout the afternoon.

Seabourn Square

There's lots going on at the Seabourn Square, but if it's a snack you're after, come here to the European Konditorei-style coffee bar serving specialty coffees, drinks, sandwiches, pastries and gelati.

Bars and lounges

The elegant Seabourn ships are all about creating a relaxed and sociable environment, so there are plenty of different places to meet up for a drink and a chat.

These are little ships with lots of space and plenty of choice. So you can pick one lounge for the great views, another for the interesting entertainment, another if you want to dance and somewhere else for easy listening. Indoor, outdoor, intimate or spacious, the choice is yours.

Suites

There is no such thing as an inferior cabin on Seabourn. Everyone is accommodated in a spacious and well appointed suite, all with their own veranda. Square footage will be available soon.

Wintergarden Suite

Beautifully located, with the option to add a second bedroom, the Wintergarden Suites are the ultimate choice, with a host of added extras.

Signature Suite

The spacious Signature Suites with sweeping views over the bow and plenty of entertaining space are perfect if you like to host guests.
